Insight into the Challenges, Priorities, Shortfalls Across the Mid-Market

This report is based on a survey conducted independently and exclusively for Node4. It reveals the views of 300 decision makers across the insurance, healthcare, online retailing, and transport logistics sectors.

The report reveals fascinating insights into how IT professionals across these sectors feel about their challenges and priorities heading into 2022, dealing with increasing regulatory complexity, and the ever-present threat of cyber-attack and need for security.

For example, IT Leadership that responded to the survey expects to see a shortfall in IT spend in 2022. While 52% of IT decision-makers believe their 2021 budget met the ambitions of their team, there seems to be less certainty and confidence about future finances — 61% think their budget will need to increase in 2022, but only 13% expect it to.
