Most of us have had to change the way we communicate and collaborate in the past few weeks, to keep in line with Government advice on preventing the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19).
We find ourselves (and our teams) working from home. Or if we still need to go into the workplace, we're interacting with colleagues, customers and even friends who we once saw in person, but who are now physically apart from us.
In this session, we'll discuss the collaboration tools that are available and what people at work and in our communities are doing and are having to do differently.
Phil Cantore is a seasoned pre-sales consultant and worked in the IT industry as an engineer, manager and consultant with a focus on the design and successful delivery of integrated voice, contact centre and collaboration solutions. He has seen the solution landscape evolve from purely on-premises convergence/VoIP to the hybrid/SaaS environment it is today. Phil joined the Node4 team in 2019.
